FORTUNE GLOBAL FORUM OUTLOOK: A NEW ERA FOR BUSINESS

As the world moves toward multipolarity, economic systems–including cross-border trade, foreign investments, and global markets–are being reimagined, with profound implications for CEOs, investors, and consumers. Science and A.I. technologies are now solving problems great and small–from climate risk to existential health crises–but they also pose new threats. And, as inflation drives up costs, it has become critical for companies to show consumers they are doing more than maximizing shareholder returns. Such seismic shifts in the marketplace have left companies with no choice but to accelerate transformation or risk total disruption.

Our first Global Forum Outlook dinner of the year will bring together top CEOs from the Bay Area and beyond on May 2 at Mourad to discuss the role that transformative technologies are playing in addressing key challenges for business, from supply chain disruptions and global trade flows to talent retention and workplace collaboration. We’ll ask attending CEOs how they are turning unprecedented risk into unprecedented opportunity in this new era for business. These conversations will help inform the broader discussions that will take place at our Fortune Global Forum gathering in Abu Dhabi in November.
