The Fortune Brainstorm Tech community will gather April 4 at La Mar, San Francisco. Attendance is by invitation only.

The year 2023 might go down as a watershed moment for the tech sector. With the global economy at a turning point, leaders across the industry are working to downsize, cut costs and predict the unpredictable. And yet, technology still prevails. Beyond the headlines about ChatGPT, Generative AI truly has the potential for profound impact across business. Despite brutal setbacks last year, crypto remains a trillion-dollar industry as blockchain moves further mainstream. And even as founders worry about their next raise, there are early signs of revival in the IPO market. Meanwhile, innovation seems to be coming from everywhere these days—yes, Silicon Valley too.

Join Fortune’s Tech Editors for our annual Brainstorm TECH dinner in San Francisco. Held as a lead-up event to our annual summer gathering (to be held this year on July 10-12 in Deer Valley, Utah), this dinner will be highly interactive and include a keynote conversation with Ryan Petersen, Founder and Executive Chairman of Flexport, as well as an opportunity for invitees to weigh in with their thoughts and anecdotes from their workplaces on some of the top issues in the tech.

Cocktails will begin at 6:30 PM, followed by dinner and an engaging discussion, which will adjourn by 9:00 PM. La Mar is located at  PIER 1 1/2 The Embarcadero N, San Francisco, CA 94105.
